    Currently, we offer various payment options, including bank transfers/deposits to NCB (both JMD & USD), PayPal, American Express, Mastercards, Visa, and Debit cards.
  • Do you offer any payment Plans?

  • When should I make payment to secure a hotel reservation?
    To guarantee your hotel reservation, it is advised to make the payment well in advance, ideally before the specified deadline, to secure the booking and prevent any potential rate adjustments.
  • What does double occupancy means?
    Double occupancy refers to a hotel room rate based on two individuals sharing the same room.
  • What does subject to change without notice means?
    It means adjustments can happen without advance warning.
  • Does Topicc Tours have a refund policy?
    Yes we do, Travel Insurance: If you purchased travel insurance, it may cover certain cancellation fees or provide reimbursement in the event of unexpected circumstances that prevent you from traveling. Be sure to review your insurance policy for details on coverage and eligibility. Cancellation Fees: If you cancel your booking outside of the specified cancellation window, you may incur a cancellation fee. The amount of this fee can vary depending on how far in advance you cancel and the type of booking. Non-Refundable Bookings: Some bookings, especially those made at a discounted rate or during special promotions, may be non-refundable. This means that if you cancel your booking, you may not be eligible for a refund at all. Refund Processing Time: Even if you are eligible for a refund, it may take some time for the travel agency to process the refund and for the funds to be returned to your account.

    Rates and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Activities and excursions can be organized upon request. Prices quoted are per person and based on double occupancy. Prices in JMD are available upon request. Additional persons or change of date, rates can be discussed during a consultation. Rates are based on the conversion rate at the time of booking. Blackout dates may vary and apply.
